Available in 80, 120 and 230 millimetres under a single diameter reference: the department covers everything from fixation in short bone to fixation in the femur or tibia without multiplying stock references. The 3.2 mm gauge provides the rigidity that long bone under load demands, where a thinner pin would flex.
Supplied non-sterile, so the centre can process it in its own autoclave cycle alongside the rest of the instruments. It is a single-use device: it is not reprocessed once implanted.
